It asks for the name that is first of delivery (it's oh so tempting to fake this when you're inside my age!), and your geographical area. Then it asks for the height in cm, physical stature (i must do a little running to stay within the athletic team!), relationship status, wide range of kids, where in actuality the kiddies reside, whether you want chidlren, your training degree, whether you smoke cigarettes, whether you take in (alcohol presumably!), your ethnicity (a significant factor in SA, and to lessor or greater extents far away), your faith, wage, interests (my own are coffee, eating out, films, museums, checking out, recreations, spirituality and travel).
